Premium Aluminum Engine & Transmission Oil Pans
The OEM Challenge: Plastic oil pans on modern engines and transmissions often warp over time, crack upon minor impact, and frequently contain filters that cannot be replaced individually.
The ÜRO Solution ÜRO offers aircraft-grade aluminum oil pans. These are typically upgraded with cooling fins, reinforcing ribs, FKM/Viton elastomer seals, and even replaceable filter units.
Problems with Original Equipment (OE) Panels
Flying gravel and debris can puncture fragile plastic OE pans, leading to oil loss, internal transmission damage, and costly towing fees.
Plastic pans can warp and cause leaks as early as around 100,000 km (60,000 miles).
The filter element cannot be replaced separately, so the entire oil pan must be replaced.
