This is the most critical component for your rear axle; the standard eccentric adjustment on the E8x and E9x models is often no longer sufficient once the car is lowered. The eccentric bolts often corrode and seize up in the OEM rubber bushings.
Additionally, this is a significant upgrade in terms of handling, as your wheels will no longer toe out under load due to the flexing of the rubber bushings.

The factory BMW E8X / E9X rear suspension is a compromise primarily intended for street use; rubber bushings tend to make the steering feel loose. Since lowering your car can throw off the wheel alignment and may require more adjustability than the original components allow, this also applies to track driving. With these components, you get a sharp and precise steering feel that’s fully adjustable to your needs.

All parts are CNC-machined: aluminum parts are made of aerospace-grade AW-7075 with a hard anodized finish, all fasteners meet the European 10.9 quality standard, and all spacers/adapters used in the kits are made of 316L stainless steel.
