All mechanical transmissions, synchronized or non-synchronized gearboxes, gearbox/shaft, transfer case or hypoid axles without limited slip, operating with shocks, under heavy loads and low rotational speeds or medium loads and high rotational speeds, requiring an API GL-4 and SAE 70W gearbox oil.
Also suitable for some “hard” or noisy gearboxes.
Some manual transmissions are not designed to use this type of low viscosity transmission lubricant.
