How long does a differential or transfer case rebuild take?

The majority of rebuilds take 1 working day. For larger jobs requiring CNC work, we will provide an estimated time per case.

DHL pickup is daily around 15:00. Orders received before 13:00 that are in stock are usually included.

Pressure bearing from OS Giken. This is an extra-sturdy and extra-durable bearing without plastic parts, featuring a larger bearing and is therefore also suitable for heavier clutches.

The OS Giken thrust bearing is taller (34 mm) and therefore compensates for a greater height difference than the standard bearing (11 mm). This may be necessary if you’re switching from a dual-mass to a single-mass flywheel, which reduces the height of the clutch.

Designed for the 6-speed transmission.
