Damper System Features

We provide a wide selection of high-performance motorsport damper systems, each offering different levels of adjustability at the turn of a knob. Our range is divided into two families: Non-remote systems and Remote-systems.

All MCS dampers are crafted from high-quality, motorsport-grade materials and are engineered to endure the toughest racing conditions. Monotube Construction

The monotube construction of MCS dampers provides exceptional stability, with increased oil capacity and superior heat dissipation compared to traditional twin-tube dampers.
A large main piston ensures fast and precise damping response, while a divider piston keeps oil and gas separated.

Our dampers feature large-diameter shafts that efficiently displace fluid within the damper body, offering outstanding, low-friction side-load support. This advanced design delivers performance unmatched by inverted or converted shocks typically used in strut applications, ensuring maximum grip and control in demanding motorsport conditions.

Blow-Off Valves

MCS blow-off valves are highly effective in controlling high-speed compression impacts.

Our proprietary blow-off technology, exclusively used in MCS dampers, is designed to absorb sharp compression strikes that would otherwise be transmitted to the tire. This innovation significantly reduces grip loss under demanding track conditions while maintaining exceptional ride comfort and refined handling.

Orifices

Precisely engineered orifices within the main piston provide accurate hydraulic control of damper oil flow. This design allows for a broad operating range, delivering consistent damping adjustments with every click and virtually eliminating performance fade or fatigue over time.

By using orifices, MCS dampers avoid the need for frequent re-valving, ensuring reliable and repeatable suspension performance in demanding motorsport environments.
