If you are experiencing side noises such as singing/rattling of the differential then most likely one of the bearings is worn out. This is the weak point of this type of differential. We can completely overhaul your differential, so new bearings, retaining rings, cups, etc. This way you don't have to worry about the differential breaking down again, as will happen with many used or not fully rebuilt ones. The differential comes standard blasted and painted so it comes as shown in the sample photo.
From the factory, the 190AL has an internal lubrication problem which can lead to extreme bearing wear and therefore differential failure. It is not entirely unwise to have your differential rebuilt before it is due or develops problems. During revision we solve this problem. The differential is guaranteed for 2 years after revision.
