The options for upgrading the sperm:
Revision
Recommended when there is a noise coming from the differential only when driving straight ahead which goes with speed. Sper is not modified. All bearings, retaining rings are replaced (Work is done on own differential or with exchange of locking differential)
Overhaul, including spring clutch
Recommended when there are problems with the functioning of the sperm, such as poor/abrupt sperm operation or a message in the display.
Overhaul, including OS Giken Superlock
Recommended when the lock is to be replaced for an aftermarket mechanical lock with better, more stable performance.
Overhaul, including OS Giken TCD
Recommended when the barrier needs to be replaced for an aftermarket barrier with the best, most durable performance.
Options, replace crown wheel & pinion
Recommended when there is damage to the gears.
