A seat fastener is primarily a safety-relevant component and is precise We designed it as such.
Breakouts and the shape of the components are not chosen arbitrarily, but are based on the results of calculations and simulations of the stress curves in the loaded state.
Everything Our components were subjected to FEM simulation in order to ensure safety first and therefore to optimize the weight.

Our L-adapters were designed in 4 mm steel after numerous tests and have well thought-out placement of the holes in order to adjust the lowest possible position with a wide variety of seat shell shapes. The double row of holes allowed us to refine the height scaling.
With this design we were able to reduce the lever arms between the attachment points. As a result, lower loads occur due to lower torques.
This results in a two-part console with low weight and high strength.
