E30 4x100 to 5x120 conversion kit 2
E46 330i schijven & E38 4-pots Brembo klauwen
Conversion kit for the E30 front axle. With this kit you can use the brake discs of the E46 330i, brake calipers of the E38 (with the brembo 4 pot calipers) and 5x120 (E36 and E46) rims on your E30. Ideal for larger brakes and more choice in rims.
To install this kit you will need: * 2 pieces front wheel bearings from E36, E46 (not M3) * 2 pieces brake discs from E46 330 (not M3) ø 325mm * 2 pieces brake calipers from BMW E38 OEM part no. 34111163757; 34111163758 * make M16x1.5 LH thread in spindle (hub end) to screw in mounting bolts * to free up mounting points the caliper needs to be slightly machined with the angle grinder
** To use ABS together with this kit, additional modifications are required ** Kit is for front axle only!
Fits E30 and Z1.
The collar nut has to be tightened to 210 ft.lbs / 285 Nm;
Caliper bracket to the hub bolts have to be torqued to 81 ft/lbs / 110 Nm
Left hand thread M16x1.5 bolt to lock down the collar nut around 110 ft.lbs / 150Nm.
