Caterham 7 with BMW differential
If you are bothered by noises such as singing/rattling from the differential, then one of the bearings is most likely worn. This is the weak point of these types of differentials. We can completely overhaul your differential, i.e. new bearings, seals, cups, etc. This way you do not have to worry about the differential breaking again, as will happen with frequently used or not fully overhauled copies. The differential is blasted and painted as standard so that it is delivered as shown in the example photo.
We provide these differentials with stronger bearings for a more durable differential.
The differential has a 2-year warranty after overhaul.
You can also contact us for the overhaul of other types of differentials. We have extensive experience in racing and rally sports, which often involve driving with high power, so we know the weak points of a differential like no other.
The price applies upon return of your own (defective) differential. We have an exchange copy available for certain models, please inquire about the options.
Disassembly/assembly while you wait is possible at an additional cost.
Rebuild or installation of a LSD is also possible.
