Description

For the BMW brembo 6-pot carbon ceramic (F10-F13 M5 and M6 front axle and the M2, M3, M4 400mm brakes of the ceramic brakes, M-perf brakes or the Competition and GTS) front axle brakes.

In recent years, more and more sports models have been equipped with ceramic carbon discs.
They are widely used, such as the Porsche PCCB (Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake), the CCM (Carbon Ceramic Matrix) used in Ferraris, etc., and the Nissan GT-R Spec-V NCCB (Nissan Carbon Ceramic Brake) .
In addition to the reduced unsprung weight, the discs also have stable braking performance, while they also have weaknesses such as the rapid wear of the official brake pads with which they are combined during continuous use at high temperatures, which in many cases will turn circuit riders into a heavy cast iron rotor for heavier circuit use. ENDLESS began working on the development of a specialized brake pad in 2003 and after more than six years of development and testing, two types of specialized materials have emerged that demonstrate a high level of performance even when used in circuits.

There are 3 compounds available, a street block, a street/trackday variant and a motorsport-oriented product.

This concerns the street/track day compound.

It has been found that OEM brake pads for carbon ceramic discs have certain weaknesses in terms of brake pad wear and temperature resistance. The CCD-A evolved from the CCD-R and can be used for both street and track use. This pad has good heat resistance, pad wear, anti-fade properties and pedal feel.

Racing brake fluid recommended.
