Description

rebuild of your 1st model Cayenne/Touareg transfer case or transfer case.

The transfer case uses an electric actuator to activate a hydraulic clutch. When this clutch is engaged, the front wheels participate in the drive (In other words, power also goes from the engine to the front wheels)

When worn, we see that these clutches are worn and cause a bang in the drive.

And we see bearings that wear out and create a metallic singing sound.

In this rebuild we replace all bearings, seals and the clutch plates . In addition, the box is thoroughly cleaned to make all parts work smoothly again.

We can also optionally replace the chain for an extra 175.00.

We need your tank for 1 week to be able to overhaul the tank in its entirety.
