For all BMW models with 5- and 6-speed Getrag or ZF transmission with standard H-pattern.

This short shifter ensures that you cannot accidentally end up in reverse when driving enthusiastically and prevents you from being able to go from 5 to 2 when switching quickly.
For those who want to go a step further, the combination with hard suspension bushings for the engine and drivetrain is perfect. The last flex (movement) is removed from the drivetrain in this way, which makes it more firmly connected to the short shifter. We also recommend pouring Royal Purple Synchromax into the gearbox at the same time, because if your gearbox shifts smoothly, the shifter feels like a great upgrade.
